Creator Agreement

This agreement is in addition to the Terms and Conditions.

By using the website as a Creator you agree to the following:

You are at least 18 years of age
You will mark any content that may be sensitive or offensive as accurately as you can with the appropriate tags
If a post contains an advertisement you will include an ‘ad’ tag to the post
All content uploaded by you is fully owned by you or you have permission or hold a licence to upload such content
You are fully responsible for declaring income and paying tax to your local government
We may withhold your tokens if you breach our terms and conditions and/or this agreement
If you are banned for any reason we hold the right to forfeit your tokens, if the ban has not been appealed within 7 days and/or the appeal has been declined

You will not post or upload content that contains:
